One of the highlights will certainly be the Main Forum “Emergency Case: How are International Organizations acting?” on 22nd September, 2009. The topic will be addressed by Mr Harsha V. Singh, Deputy Director World Trade Organization (WTO), Mr. Oliver Gisler, Transport Chief International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Mr. Radisav Milijanovic, Chief of Logistics, Support and Inventory Section of United Nations Headquarters for Refuges (UNHCR), and Mr. Beat von Däniken, Chief of Staff Humanitarian Aid, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (DEZA/SDV). The congress will be opened by Federal Councillor Moritz Leuenberger, Head of the Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications of Switzerland, the longest serving Minister in Swiss Government.
